In case you would like to cap your account, please re-submit the request online through the account management page or send an email to ccu@cyberia.net.lb and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.
Yes, you can still boost you plan by adding the iBooster that covers your needs. Please refer to https://www.cyberia.net.lb/adsl.html#plans, and click on Add-ons
“Add TV bundle” is available for all Internet plans, you can select the desired Internet plan and add a Cablevision TV subscription for a discounted monthly rate:
- Add TV Full Package Subscription without Sports (4 TVs): 13.5 USD (black market rate)
- Add TV Full Package Subscription with Sports (4 TVs): 19 USD (black market rate)
Kindly note that freezing fee is 130,000 LBP (HT) per month.
Postpaid subscribers:
- Please go to CYB Website www.cyberia.net.lb and click on account management.
- Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
- Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
- Click Start using Your Account Management Center
- Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
- Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
- Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
- Choose Back to my Accounts
- Click on Manage
- Click on “plan” then “Freezing (no internet access) under “Modify account”.
- Choose the freezing period then click on submit and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month then automatically reactivated at the end of the period chosen.
Prepaid subscribers:
As pause card amounting of 130.000LBP (VAT excluded) should be purchased on a monthly basis and recharged to avoid losing the service through Cyberia mobile App, Website or at our CYBERIA’s authorized dealers https://www.cyberia.net.lb/locations.php

If your account was not refilled directly by the dealer or you have been provided with a pin code, please find here under the different options to recharge it:
Option1:
- Please go to CYB Website www.cyberia.net.lb and click on account management.
- Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
- Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
- Click Start using Your Account Management Center
- Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
- Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
- Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
- Choose Back to my Accounts
- Click on Manage
- Under recharge account two choices will appear: Renew subscription (For monthly renewal) or refill extra GBs.
- You can click on manage services to refill the Iboosters plans mentioned above (Unlimited night, evening etc..)
- Choose one from the below payment methods:
- - I have a prepaid Card: Please enter the Prepaid Card Pin purchased from our point of sale.
- - I have a credit card: Please enter the information required; the amount will be deducted from your credit card account.
- Download CYB application from App Store or Play Store
- Click My account then sign up
- Enter the required info to create your own credentials (Name, Email, Mobile, Username and password …) noting that the password should be complex (Capital letters, small letters, numbers, special characters,) and greater than 8.
- After entering information and clicking on Register, a Verification Code will be sent to your mobile , enter the code then click verify
- Click plus sign button
- Type a Name , then enter ADSL account credentials
- Account Name: type here any name (optional)
- Username: enter your DSL username
- Password: enter your DSL password
- Click Add account
- After adding the account click my accounts and then on the account name chosen from your end.
Service cards are available at all Cyberia Authorized dealers https://www.cyberia.net.lb/locations.aspx . You can ask your dealer to perform the transaction, or you can login to Account Management http://myaccount.cyberia.net.lb and perform the renewal from existing credits.
Refer a friend is an option available on account management that allows you to get 1 Month Free subscription (on your existing ADSL / VDSL plan) against each referred account once it becomes ready for activation.
You have to access the account management.page, click on account info to modify your contact details and enable the Notifications in order to be able to receive SMS
If your payment method is postpaid, the monthly regular fees can be sent by email on a monthly basis, please provide us with your email address by sending an email to ccu@cyberia.net.lb in order to add your email address, and you will start receiving the invoices on a monthly basis.
The Fiber accounts can be postpaid, where the monthly bills are being withdrawn from the bank account along with the overconsumption or the prorated amount of the previous month if they exist. You are kindly requested to provide us with a bank domiciliation form (unclickable) filled and stamped by the your bank
The Fiber accounts can be also prepaid, where you can refill your account upon expiry date

From prepaid to postpaid: A bank domiciliation form will be sent to your email address to be signed and stamped by your bank, or submit it online through our Website (under “Payment method”). From postpaid to prepaid, please send an email to ccu@cyberia.net.lb requesting to change the payment method or submit it online through our Website (under “Payment method”) before the end of the month and the request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.
- Postpaid user: kindly refer to CYBERIA website www.cyberia.net.lb to submit the requests at no cost before the end of each month in order to be able to proceed with your request at the beginning of the subsequent month.
- Prepaid user: You can simply buy a refill card and recharge it.
Please email us to ccu@cyberia.net.lb confirming your request along with the cancellation’s reason and the team will take care of your request or wait until transferring you to an available representative in order to assist you. Moreover, you can submit the request online as follows:
- Please go to Cyberia Website www.cyberia.net.lb and click on account management.
- Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
- Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
- Click Start using Your Account Management Center
- Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
- Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
- Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
- Choose Back to my Accounts
- Click on Manage
- Click on cancel account
- Choose, no thanks proceed to cancellation page
- Add your reason for cancellation
- Password
- Repeat Password
- Click on Submit cancellation
Upon reporting the problem, please note that a ticket will be opened, then an automated SMS will be sent to your mobile number.
You can click on the link received in order to get more details about your case status.

- Click on Manage, then in the account status page you will get more details about the status of your case under “ my incidents”
- Please download our Mobile application (Cyberia), or you can go to Cyberia Website www.cyberia.net.lb and click on account management.
- Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
- Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
- Click Start using Your Account Management Center
- Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
- Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
- Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
- Choose Back to my Accounts
- Click on Manage, then account status and you can get the traffic usage in the account status
- In the same page, you will find your current plan under Account type along with the expiry date of the service

- Click Start using Your Account Management Center
- Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
- Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
- Enter an account name and the below credentials then click on Add account:

- Choose Back to my Accounts
- Click on Manage
- Click on manage my TV bundle
- Enter your smartcard number
- Choose your plan then Click on save configuration
Please go to our Website www.cyberia.net.lb, click on “Track Application”, enter your ADSL Landline number, and you will get more details about the status of your application.
VDSL service is faster than ADSL and only users who are near the Central offices may benefit from the service.
The quota of cycle is not cumulative, and the remaining GBs will be lost at the end of cycle.
